This is one of our favorite photography locations. It is Lower Calf Creek Falls which is found between Boulder and Escalante, Utah on highway 12. The hike is an easy 6.2 mile round trip walk up a wide, sandy, and scenic trail. The 126 foot falls is a popular place with tourists as well as the locals so get there early and before the morning sun floods the walls. This is a distination location for landscape photographers.
