We spent the day hiking, exploring, and photographing The Wave in the Coyote Buttes area in northern Arizona. We found this rock garden on a side trail 300 feet below The Wave. We had to hike down to a gulley during mid-day and found unique displays of rock formations and color. We made our way back to the Wave for an afternoon shoot.
